What is BNK Fellowship?
With BNK Fellowship, we aim to spot exceptional talent- who could join BNK to introduce new ideas, and also strengthen existing initiatives.
In 2023, we launched registration for the first batch of BNK Fellowship!
3 BNK Fellows (only 1%) were chosen out of 300+ applications following a rigorous screening process.
These 3 BNK Fellows earned the opportunity to travel across India for 6 months- from Jan to June- on fully sponsored trips.
In the second batch, we chose 8 exceptional individuals from 400+ applicants, and further scaled up the opportunity pool for our BNK Fellows- with more one-to-one guidance, weekly-monthly learning sessions, and with extra scope of experimenting space.
With such an encouraging and supportive space, we together launched new exciting experiences under our project, Xperientials, and also introduced treks and international trips at BNK among other milestones.
What can you expect from BNK Fellowship?
Our BNK Fellows learn the skills of trip planning, operations, management and leading, while also honing their skills in marketing, social media, design, sales, management, communication, social and leadership skills.
By the end of these 6 months, we are proud to say that our BNK Fellows with all the learnings could later start a venture of their own.
What do BNK Fellows do?
A BNK Fellow is expected to be involved in planning, discussions, operations, management, and executions of future initiatives at BNK, while also leading experiences and trips. Trip leading is just a small part of BNK Fellowship.
After 3 successful batches, we are now excited to launch the fourth batch and looking for the next set of BNK Fellows who will represent and work with BNK for the next 6 months.
We are opening registration pan India, though preference will be given to ones from Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune and Hyderabad- since we regularly organise Raahe X here and plan to make a strong hub for our trips starting from these locations.
As a BNK Fellow, you will be responsible to organise Raahe X in your city, 1 Day Trips from your city, and lead Xperientials and events.

All our trips/ experiences are managed and run end-to-end by our BNK Fellows - exceptional and talented individuals whom we select following a rigorous screening and selection procedure. We also train, and guide them over a period of 6 months so they come out as the best leaders!

APPLICATION ROUNDS FOR BATCH 4
- Screening Round: One can fill up the below attached form to be screened and to be shortlisted for the next round. The last date is 15th Feb 2024. You can expect to hear a positive response from us by 17th Feb 2024.
- Social Media Round: Shortlisted ones will get an online task for their personal Instagram handles.
- Personal Interview Round: Further shortlisted ones would then be invited for an offline/ online personal interview in their respective city/ online.
- A Surprise Round + Community Voting Round: BNK Community can cheer, root and vote for their favourite upcoming BNK Fellow. Community favourite? Boosts your shot at being selected!
- Organise a ‘BNK Xperientials’ experience in your city: The last set of shortlisted individuals will be required to ideate, brand, promote, host and execute an experience under ‘BNK Xperientials’ in their own city.

What is BNK Fellowship?
We are welcoming applications to spot exceptional talent under BNK Fellowship.
Under the same, the chosen BNK Fellows earn the opportunity to learn about trip planning, operations, management, and trip leading for the next 6 months, while also travelling on fully sponsored trips of Bin Naqshe Kadam (from their respective cities).
No, we are not just looking for mere trip leaders. We are looking for fellows who can together build future teams at BNK.
The fellows would be an integral part of internal discussions, expansion plans, operations and executions.
They also get one-to-one personal access to the current team at BNK that would provide guidance and support to shape the fellows into future team leaders and travel-preneurs.
How many Fellows will you be selecting?
We don’t have any set limits on the number of BNK Fellows we will be selecting.
We are planning to expand and build our teams in different cities across India. You are most welcome to apply from any corner of India. Please note, you will be responsible to host events and experiences representing BNK in your city.
Is it important that I have to be based out of Delhi NCR?
We are accepting application pan India.
During the selection rounds, we will be carrying out offline/ online personal interviews. You are most welcome to apply from any corner of India!
What is the age limit to apply?
There is no such age limit.
Though we appreciate and welcome talents who are young at heart, and have the dedication, motivation, time, and energy to commit completely to this opportunity.
Is there any specific skill you are looking for?
We are looking for talents who are good with inter-personal, social and communication skills. Since we are a travel community, we expect that you love raw travelling and meeting strangers.
Any past leadership roles are a plus. If you are great at any co-curricular activities- it’s a bonus!
If you are also good with planning, time management, creating cute plan of action documents and sheets- apply already!
Can I apply for this Fellowship even if I'm working at a 9 to 5 job?
Yes, you can! With a little extra dedication, and effort, you definitely can manage and balance your full time job, and this Fellowship. From our past experience, we have many such examples of Fellows at BNK Fellowship. So, please do apply!
