Becoming a BNK Fellow: More Than Just Trip Leading
A BNK Fellow plays a crucial role in shaping the future of BNK. This is not just about leading trips—it’s about being deeply involved in planning, discussions, operations, management, and execution of BNK’s upcoming initiatives. From curating unique experiences to handling logistics, a Fellow is at the heart of everything we do.
After three successful batches, we’re thrilled to launch Batch 4, and we’re on the lookout for the next set of BNK Fellows who will represent and collaborate with BNK – this time it is not 6 months, Batch 4 Fellowship is for the entire year of 2025.
Who Can Apply?
📍 Registrations are open pan-India, but preference will be given to applicants from Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Kolkata, as we are building strong BNK hubs in these cities through Raahe X and upcoming trips.

The Driving Force Behind Our Experiences
At BNK, every trip and experience is designed, managed, and executed end-to-end by our BNK Fellows—a group of exceptional and talented individuals selected through a rigorous screening process.
Once selected, our Fellows undergo extensive training and mentorship, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and leadership qualities needed to plan, manage, and lead unforgettable experiences.
From curating unique travel adventures to ensuring seamless operations, our Fellows are at the heart of BNK’s journeys—emerging as the best leaders in the industry.
APPLICATION ROUNDS
BNK Fellowship 2025: Selection Rounds
1️⃣ Screening Round: The First Step! (Deadline: 28th Feb 2025)
📌 Applicants fill out a detailed form covering:
- Their passion for travel, leadership, and community-building
- Their biggest travel adventure
- Their skills & strengths (marketing, sales, operations, design, etc.)
- A unique travel idea or event they’d want to introduce at BNK
📢 Shortlisted applicants will be announced on 1st March 2025.
2️⃣ Social Media Challenge: Make Some Noise!
📌 Shortlisted applicants receive an online task for their Instagram handles.
They will be given:
- A creative travel storytelling prompt
- A challenge to showcase their planning/marketing skills (e.g., a mini campaign to promote a BNK-style experience)
👀 This round tests your engagement, creativity, and ability to inspire an audience.
3️⃣ Personal Interview: Get Real With Us!
📌 Those who excel in the social media round move to a 1-on-1 interview (online or offline, depending on location).
💬 What’s different? Instead of a basic Q&A, this round includes:
- A real-world BNK scenario (e.g., “How would you handle a last-minute bus booking cancellation on a BNK trip?”)
- A rapid-fire challenge to assess their problem-solving, leadership & spontaneity.
4️⃣ The Surprise Challenge + Community Voting!
- 📌 Applicants enter a mystery round (revealed just before it starts).
🌟 Community Voting: BNK’s travel community will cheer, root, and vote for their favourite upcoming Fellow.
📢 The most voted applicant gets a special advantage in the final round!
5️⃣ The Ultimate Test: Organize a ‘BNK Xperientials’ Event!
- 📌 The finalists will be required to:
✅ Ideate, brand, market, and execute a BNK Xperientials experience in their city.
✅ Mobilize a local community and showcase their event-planning skills.
✅ Showcase creativity & leadership while handling real-world execution.
📢 This will be your biggest test before the final selection!
